We developed a detailed checklist outlining ownership of each step in the process, ensuring that all stakeholders understood their roles. The process documentation was made accessible and easy to follow, regardless of who was responsible. Additionally, we provided a brief training on using LinkedIn Recruiter to enhance recruitment efforts.
