A start-up in the automotive sector based in Hasselt faced significant challenges in recruitment. With only 10 employees and no existing HR infrastructure, recruitment was disorganized and handled without clear processes. The company set an ambitious goal to grow its workforce but required external expertise to structure and streamline the recruitment process.

solution
HumanX stepped in to develop a comprehensive recruitment process from scratch, working closely with the client. Through a series of meetings, we established the key steps of the process and recommended the use of an ATS for managing applications. Odoo Recruitment was suggested as a cost-effective option, suitable for the company’s limited resources. Additionally, HumanX guided the client in obtaining a LinkedIn Recruiter account, essential for sourcing candidates. We were also asked to review and enhance their onboarding process.
