We’re in search of qualified and resourceful HR consultants with a generalist background to help us develop our HR activities in Belgium ensuring quick and efficient business operations for our clients by providing cutting-edge operational support.
As HR Consultant, you are called-in for several in-house projects with the client. Possible assignment: HR Business Partner, Recruiter, employer branding, internal mobility… Assignments vary from filling out temporary needs in the HR department to a stable integration.

Objective
HR Consultants at HumanX are helping our clients face their operational struggles. The objective of an HR consultant is to be plug-and-play. We want you to have an immediate impact at the clients HR department. This can be achieved with a hands-on attitude, ownership and curiosity. Taking their tasks into hands and guiding them will be your mission. Once you are familiar with the job and the environment, we will work on the continuous improvement. How can I help my client work in a more efficient way? This will lead to several HR projects you can work on and make your skills grow.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years HR experience is required
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch.
