We’re in search of qualified and resourceful HR consultants with a generalist background to help us develop our HR activities in Belgium ensuring quick and efficient business operations for our clients by providing cutting-edge operational support.
As HR Consultant, you are called-in for several in-house projects with the client. Possible assignment: HR Business Partner, Recruiter, employer branding, internal mobility… Assignments vary from filling out temporary needs in the HR department to a stable integration.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 1-2 years HR experience is required
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
- Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch.
