Outdated expense process

A public service organization with 5 000 employees had long aimed to integrate HR analytics into its processes but struggled to identify a starting point. They needed strategic guidance to implement a methodology that could link business problems with measurable HR actions and outcomes.

OUR SOLOUTION

Integration with SAP Concur

HumanX supported the company in the implementation of SAP Concur, a natural fit as the company was already using SAP systems. Leveraging guidelines from other countries where SAP Concur had been successfully implemented, we worked on creating a blueprint to map out the integration of Concur into Lidl’s existing systems. Additionally, a business case was prepared to present the value of this tool to the company’s leadership in Belgium. One of the key challenges was integrating employee data between SAP, Concur, and eBlox (the payroll system). Our consultant and the global HRIS team designed a uniform method to link these systems through an API, ensuring seamless communication. Rigorous Alpha and Beta testing followed to verify that the system processed expense reports correctly and accurately reflected payroll adjustments.
